So much has happened...

Ortensia sat in the windowsill of her den. Warm sunrays shining through the window and a soft, cold breeze, crept inside the room. Her arm and chest were wrapped up in bandages and she sat as quietly as she could.
She sighed as she seemd to fidget with a black, round looking, piece of fluff between her fingers. On a sidetable next to her stood a cake iced with white buttercream and a cup of tea.

"Oh, I'm so glad everything is alright again! is no longer a hostage of and helped out a ton by keeping the boys save inside a cave until she was sure we were save." ((comments.deviantart.com/4/1793… and comments.deviantart.com/4/1877… ))

She sighed and continued to fidget with the ball of fluff in her hands.

"A lot of friends turned up to help Arthur out after that...I did too...sort of... You see while Oswald was busy making sure Mickey was freed from the Blot, I confronted Foulfellow...needless to say...it didn't turn out the way I planned. Oh, if it wasn't for tagging along, I'm not sure what would have happend."

A moment of sillence fell before she continued.

"If he hadn't thrown that rock when Foulfellow grabbed me by the arm a couple of times...I wouldn't be able to get out of there! Julius has been such a sweet guy, he's a great friend. I really can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me so far."

She took a small sip from her tea before continuing

"But these last couple of weeks haven't been too bad. I got to let some people taste my lemon meringue cake and even took a little bite. He didn't like it much...in fact he looked disgusted...but I never expected him to take a bite anyway! I've been asking for some advice on making something with stamps. Because I will not let someone taste something I made and not like it! Besides, Prescott has been nice enough to do me a favor by tasting it. This is the least I can do."

She took another sip.

"My children have been all sorts of trouble. Why the other day I had to remove a spider from 's ear! It was such a hassle too! But my little baby was really brave. I'm so proud of him. I had to take to the doctor too! Oh, he had a little accident with some thinner and his head fell off. Ortensia sighed again and stopped fidgeting with the fluff she was holding.

"I'm so glad Mickey is alright too and this whole Blot dillema is over! Maybe things can go back to normal real soon. But for now...I think I'll enjoy this lovely spring sun and some homemade cake that I can eat all by myself, because Oswald doesn't like buttercream icing." She said with a smile and started to fidget with the little ball of fluff again.

(( Okay so here's the thing. I would loved to have linked to the whole Foulfellow confrontation thing. If the scenario didn't end before the RP with the character was done. So, since Julius did agree to help Ortens out, I figured a 'rabbit hole' scenario would be the best way to end it all quick and which she found herself in the middle of it all, without any concequences for the ending of it.  I did ask Julius for permission, but there was no response, so I hope he doesn't mind. If so, my apologies.
Also, trying out a new way of writing the dialogue and everything. I'm still trying to get a hang of things afterall. ))
